3 Year Limited Warranty - Effective September 1, 2005

Powerdyne offers a three year Limited Warranty on all Powerdyne Belt Driven Superchargers (send a stamped self addressed envelope for complete Official Warranty Document) which covers any and all defects in workmanship and material, regardless of mileage incurred during the warranty period. Prior factory authorization must be obtained to return any parts. Parts must be returned freight pre-paid for warranty inspection. Freight collect shipments will be refused.

Prior factory authorization must be obtained to return any parts. Parts must be returned freight pre-paid for warranty inspection. Freight collect shipments will be refused.

General Warranty Information

No merchantability or performance warranties are offered or implied; the Official Warranty Document is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Powerdyne Automotive Products and none of the company's employees or agents may enlarge or modify its terms or conditions.

All warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this warranty except in those states where prohibited by law.
